Delete your templ account and data
In the app
Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm.
Without the app
Email hello@synlabs.tech from the Google account you signed in with, using the subject line "Delete my templ account". We will confirm within 24 hours and finish within 30 days.
What gets deleted

| Your sign-in account (Firebase user) | Deleted |
| Plan, AI usage counters and daily usage records | Deleted |
| Subscription entitlement | Deleted. Cancel the subscription in Google Play first; deleting your account does not stop Google billing you |
| Notes, flashcards, tasks, books, drawings, chat history | These are stored only on your phone. Delete them by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app |
| Backups in your Google Drive | These are in your own Drive. Delete the templ backup folder there |
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase and invoice records that tax law requires us to keep (generally up to 8 years), not linked to your app content.
- Server logs, which expire automatically within 30 days.
